Sidestreet Boutique Shipping Information

Sidestreet Boutique has same day shipping Monday through Friday on all orders received before 2 PM Pacific Time. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will ship the next business day. If you would like a signature to be required for your package to be delivered, please contact us. We will automatically add Signature Required to any fur order.

Sidestreet Boutique ships within the United States via UPS exclusively. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes so have a street address available. We offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Ground (free for orders over $200)
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select

 

Shipping rates will vary depending upon item ordered and shipping time chosen by the customer. Please consult the map for approximate UPS Ground shipping times from zip code 96150. UPS does not consider weekends or holidays as business days. HOLIDAY SHIPPING: UPS will be off on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day.  On the day after Thanksgiving UPS will Deliver and pick up only UPS air and International shipments, all other services will resume on the Monday following Thanksgiving.  Call us for the last day for UPS 2nd Day air to make it in time for Christmas.

If you use a coupon code for free shipping your item will automatically be shipped via UPS Ground. Free shipping obtained using a coupon code will not be applied to UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select shipping options.

For orders $200 and over, we offer free UPS Ground shipping within the United States. You may still choose an expedited shipping option but the usual fees will apply.


Return Policy

Returns must be received by Sidestreet Boutique within 14 days of receipt of the item by the buyer. HOLIDAY POLICY: Orders placed between November 15th and December 23rd through Sidestreet Boutique are eligible for return or exchange by January 15th immediately following. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. All returned items are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 14 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed a final sale.

Shoes must be returned in their original boxes with no damage or postal tags; shoes returned in original boxes that are taped or have postal tags on them will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If an item is received as defective you must notify us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise we will only accept these items at our discretion.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or more are non-returnable.

Returns of $200 or more will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Sidestreet will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this takes place.


How to Exchange

Please email sales@sidestreetboutique.com or call us at (530)544-3315 to arrange for an exchange. We will place exchange items on hold under your name and will ship out the exchange once the original purchase has been returned to us. We will ship your first exchange to you free of charge but any subsequent exchanges will incur additional shipping fees.

Include your original invoice with the reason for the return or exchange. Use an insured service as this will protect you in the case of loss or damage to your package during shipping. Sidestreet Boutique does not assume return shipping costs and is not responsible for any items not shipped directly by us.


Additional Fees and Services

You will be responsible for a $14.00 fee for the following UPS services:

  • If an order is cancelled after it has shipped
  • If an order is refused and returned to us
  • If your package has to be redirected to a new address

 


Product Availability

Although we try to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, we occasionally sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock of an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. Many, but not all, items can be ordered by us through the manufacturer. We will make every effort to obtain the item that you ordered and get it to you within a reasonable amount of time.


Coupon Codes

You may only use one coupon code per order. Free Shipping codes must be used with UPS Ground orders only. If you need your package expedited, do not use a Free Shipping coupon code as your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Coupon codes can not be used retroactively, on phone orders or in-store purchases.


Online Sales Events

Online sale prices may not always reflect in-store sales and vice versa. Coupon codes and sale events on our website are exclusive and can not be applied to in-store purchases.
