Refund policy

Returns must be received by Sidestreet Boutique within 14 days of receipt of the item by the buyer. HOLIDAY POLICY: Orders placed between November 15th and December 23rd through Sidestreet Boutique are eligible for return or exchange by January 15th immediately following. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. All returned items are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke/food odor and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 14 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense and the transaction will be deemed a final sale.

Shoes must be returned in their original boxes with no damage or postal tags; shoes returned in original boxes that are taped or have postal tags on them will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If an item is received as defective you must notify us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise we will only accept these items at our discretion.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% off or more are non-returnable.

Returns of $200 or more will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Sidestreet will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this takes place.
